1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services and the resources involved in planning, customization, and delivery, all purchases made for digital services are final and non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Website or app development projects
Digital marketing campaigns
Software customization or consulting
Plugin or module development
Subscription-based services
Once the service has been initiated or delivered in part or in full, no refund requests will be entertained.
2. Exceptions (if applicable)
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment was made by the client
Service was not delivered due to our internal failure or cancellation (with written confirmation)
The client made a payment in error and the service has not yet been started
In such cases, clients must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof and reason for requesting a refund.
